Much-delayed, here now is Part 2 of Episode 1 of the Kwentong Barbero Podcast [KBP]. EJ, Gato-Chrome, and D rant about their experience of acquiring their NBI Clearances at the NBI Satellite Office at City Hall.
We decided to chop off this bit and release it as part two because the recording had gotten a bit long. We were told that too much exposure to the KBP may cause your brain to melt [you've been warned]. This part is also where our three-way voice conference became choppy.

just a reminder… go to nbi offices at megamall and or the one at quiapo. so much easier.
we had to get our nbi at the main office coz its the first time we’re gonna get our nbi eh
nope that is irelebant miss d weder ur a virgin or not u can get it at the said offices
what i meant was … even if it was ur first time or not… u can get the said clearance at the nbi offices i mentioned. haha if you think that was a headache try nso hahahaha
Check this list. NBI Kiosks, the ones in malls, are only for NBI Clearance renewal – not for “virgins”.
I don’t even wanna bother finding out just how chaotic it is at the NSO. I’ve discovered the convenience of NSO transactions by phone & the Internet. It costs more, but sans the expected/traditional[?] hassle.
i wish we could all do transactions over the internet.

NSO is a better place they offer the best services than all government agencies combined. Simple, fast, and no fixers. Noob fixers start pre-school there hehe. So if ever you get one it’s easy to brush ‘em away. More fixer details coming soon!
